Disputes arise over a variety of matters including the validity or interpretation of documents, accountings, distributions and fiduciary misconduct.  Our Firm has been engaged in a variety of disputed matters, including disputes involving the rights and duties of beneficiaries and fiduciaries and will and trust contests.  Our goal in contested matters is to obtain an early cost effective resolution often through strategic settlement negotiations and mediation whenever possible.
